Refunds & Returns

We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity of every Buffalo Stadium Stones piece. If your item arrives damaged, has a craftsmanship defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or exchange the item. If we’re unable to make it right, we’ll issue a refund.

Natural Stone Is One of a Kind

Our pieces are handcrafted using authentic natural stone, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Differences in color, texture, shape, size, markings, and finish are natural characteristics of the stone and are not considered defects.

What We Cannot Accept

​

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, lost items, or damage that occurs after an item has been used or worn.
